As alfresco relaxing and dining at home is fast becoming a favourite past time for many people, our Instahut Outdoor Umbrella is a perfect complement to any outdoor furniture setting and décor. Featuring an elegant waterproof and UV-resistant fabric top covering 3m in diameter, the Outdoor Umbrella utilises a cantilevered aluminium side post to allow maximum useable space under the shade. No centre pole to get in the way of your enjoyment.
Better still, the Umbrella top and base can be adjusted and pivoted towards the sun for the right amount and angle of shade. Opening and closing is also made quick and easy with a user-friendly cranking system. Not least, the entire steel frame, such as the 8-rib top supports, and supporting pole are powder-coated for toughness while the steel base can be readily bolted in place or weigh down.
Note: The base of the Outdoor Umbrella requires at least two concrete pavers or sandstone paving piles to keep it in place. The latter are not included with this product. Although our Outdoor Umbrella is designed to withstand mild weather conditions, it is only a temporary structure and is not recommended for use under extreme weather conditions or for a prolonged period of time. Please store away after use.

Shipping & Returns Policy
At Home Living Store all your orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS. Once processed for shipping you will receive another notification, either by SMS or email, depending on the information you provided at checkout when your order has shipped. This will include the courier company the item has been shipped with as well as a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.
While we will have your item packed and ready to be shipped by our couriers with in 3 business days, as stated above, collection and delivery time frames may vary from the estimate shown at check-out due to incidences and issues outside of Home Living Store's control such as Lockdowns, Train Derailments, Work Stoppages, Floods etc.

By putting in the order notes an "Authority to Leave" (ATL), at check-out means that we can instruct our couriers to leave your item in a safe secure location that you communicate to us at check-out. We are all busy people leaving busy lives and can't necessarily be at home when deliveries are coming. With an ATL mentioned at check-out we can have your parcel left in the safe place you want it so you don't have to spend extra time chasing up re-deliveries and arranging to be home. All you have to do is unpackage your order and enjoy.
