At Home Living Store all your orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS. Should the Giselle Bedding 24cm Mattress Pillow Top Queen be delivered to you by one of our couriers damaged we will rectify the damage with either a replacement part, in relation to furniture. Or replace the item for you should a replacement part not be available or suitable in the instance of appliances etc.
To assist us with rectifying damages please take photos of any packaging and boxes for this Mattress prior to opening the box(s), should you believe that possible damage may have occurred during transport. This will assist us in a quicker remedy to the damages. If you are unsure whether damage may have occurred please call us to discuss prior to unpacking this Mattress.
