Item was left at my door damaged. Box was badly torn and damage to the frame. I was home, but delivery driver did not ring the doorbell. Three emails sent to Home Living Store with photos and no response received. Can’t see any phone number on their website. Beware.
Perfect TV unit for my needs as I wanted a low unit for my 85" TV.
Its solid and sturdy and looks amazing! Unfortunately in the shipping process two pannels got a few scratches, I emailed and asked for replacement parts to rectify the scratches and they responded the same day and resolved the issue by posting out new parts.
Would buy from here again.
I bought this unit some time ao but due to health issues am only just putting it together. This would have to be one of the worst pieces of furniture I have ever had to assemble. The instructions are useless and the hardware provided doesn't even fit into some of the pre-drilled holes. I am close to putting it out for a council cleanup. Incredibly disappointed and disgusted.
Stools are looking great. Until you sit in them. The lack of pading in the seats are next to non existant, To sit in the seat puts pressure on the back of your legs which is so uncomfortable to the extent that you cant continue to sit in the seat, result "Stand up or find another seat."
Start with the good - the unit is fantastic and looks awesome - well worth the money and we are extremely happy with it....
Now the bad - item got lost in transit and travelled through 4 states before getting to us. I'm assuming as a result it has some minor damage that i will fix. 2 corners are a bit squashed and one of the draws behind the long single draw print is split and a few screws were loose or hanging out (assuming from a drop). I will fix all the items and there will be no issue. Item is fantastically packaged i just think we were unlucky with it getting lost and passing through so many depots to get to us..
All that said - its still a top unit at a fantastic price and it looks awesome.... Highly recommended..
