Package arrived very quick. When opening package the black drawer piece has noticeable scratches on it. Attempted to email twice with no response.

The unit itself is quite classy and overall very happy with it. The instructions needed some interpreting and in some cases there was insufficient explanation of the assembly process. There was a packet of drawer catches marked as “new” where there were no instructions.
If you can put up with this, then the unit is very good value and stylish.

Solid, well produced product. Heavier than expected, but that's due to the solid build. Arrived on time, delivery was great, no damage. Easy to follow instructions to build. Bought it as a gift, recipient wax extremely happy
I purchased 2 of these, one for white and one for reds. The shelving is poorly spaced and it is almost impossible to fit normal wine bottles on the shelves without forcing them into position. The white wine unit has condensation on the outside of the glass dripping on my timber floor. It does not fit 52 bottles, 40 at best and you still have the tight fit issue. Very disappointed and happy to discuss with provider.
