Several years ago we bought this same model online, not from Home Living, (a 60L oven being impossible to find in any store), and it did exactly what we wanted until eventually, long after the warranty expired, 2 of the heating bars failed. Rather than try to find a repairer out here in the sticks, we ordered an exact copy. The checkout and payment was very simple, the item easily tracked and quick to arrive. Unfortunately the box and the oven were damaged in transit. However, when we complained we were happy with the response from Home Living, particularly James, who promptly organised a replacement which arrived quickly and is working perfectly. My only grumble is that we always have to listen for the thermostat to click in order to know when the oven has finished pre-heating. There is no light which goes off to tell you. That is a minor grumble and we love the oven! It is lightweight so sits easily on a shelf at eye-level and with its internal light it is easy to check on progress inside.
I had the unit delivered and the guy left it outside leaning against my garage they did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door to advise the delivery as we were home at the time, I assembled the unit over the weekend to discover multiple parts damaged mainly corners but also some other areas I was very disappointed and had to wait a long time for delivery as I'm in NSW and it came from WA
It was just what i want to go on retreats with. Have not used it as yet.

Tried other very expensive ones first this is exactly the same for quarter of the price.
A bit annoyed at the deceptive delivery advertisement though . Wasn't delivered in a hurry and then it arrived while we were at an appointment, w clearly could of given time or delivery instructions but no where to contact them .
Nearly in killed us moving it inside .
I tried to complain to the company just to given the same tracking info I already had .

Very happy with the delivery from Home Living. It was quickly and prior to the weekend and left in a suitable, well thought through place (big thumbs up). Very good fit for use cabinet that is solid and heavy, which is what you want for playing records and storing your collection. The back bit is a little flimsy and I would have liked it a little more solid, but I would still make this choice again
