At Home Living Store all your orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS. Once processed for shipping you will receive another notification, either by SMS or email, depending on the information you provided at checkout when your order has shipped. This will include the courier company the item has been shipped with as well as a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.

While we will have your item packed and ready to be shipped by our couriers with in 3 business days, as stated above, collection and delivery time frames may vary from the estimate shown at check-out due to incidences and issues outside of Home Living Store's control such as Lockdowns, Train Derailments, Work Stoppages, Floods etc.

Should an item be delivered to you by one of our couriers we will rectify the damage with either a replacement new part for the damaged part, in relation to furniture. Or replace the item for you should a replacement part not be available or suitable in the instance of appliances etc.
To assist us with rectifying damages please take photos of any packaging and boxes prior to opening your item, should you believe that possible damage may have occurred during transport. This will assist us in a quicker remedy to the damages.
